- Accurate more than a company, is a large family of personnel working to achieve the common goal and excellence in operations is a natural corollary.
- Accurate group collectively has design capabilities in multi technologies like Electro-Mechanical Engineering, IOT, Embedded solutions, Power Electronics.
- Being a Lean practicing company, all operations are well defined and controlled.
- Operational excellence, therefore, comes naturally to Accurate. Right from regular calibration of basic tools to the final product are controlled in process. Design & Development, Stores, Purchase, Quality Assurance and Control, Production, SCM; all work in cohesion to ensure that the best product comes out of the factory.
- Accurate follows all Military Specifications like CQAL 640A, JSS55555, MIL 461E etc. in manufacturing it's products.
Lean:
Accurate believes that achieving operational excellence is a continuous process and every member of the Accurate family is committed to this. As a part of this commitment, the Management, all senior and junior Executives mandatorily attend training sessions of 4 hours every week. The sessions are conducted by Dr. Sumit Roy, a Lean Expert and an ex-Toyota Associate towards achieving Business Process Improvement. The training covers everything from basic to managerial functions. It aims to create "Joyful Workplace" where everyone’s responsibility, authority, accountability and performance parameters are well defined and accepted.
- Besides, Accurate has regular review meetings to identify problems, if any, with the aim of resolving them.
- A robust and pro-active HR department is fully involved and arranges required training to the personnel from outside resources.
